3. Refund and Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Refund:
- To be eligible for a return, the hosting service must not have been utilized.
- You must provide proof of purchase, and the request must be within the 30-day window.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software products.

If a service was marked as a gift during purchase and delivered directly to you, you will receive a credit for the value of the service. If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue the refund to the gift giver.
